The wedding ceremony and reception were held at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. To get to the site, we rode one of these up the mountain.
The parents of the groom joined us for the ride :)
The ceremony was held outside...lucky us...check out the view behind the groom as he waited patiently for us to be seated!
The best man stood back performing his duties :)
We also caught a glimpse of the new tram climbing up the mountain.
Time for the ceremony to start!
Everyone waits for the bride...
And here she comes....looking beautiful :)
A quiet moment during the ceremony.
Married!
During the cocktail hour, everyone wanted a picture with the gorgeous view...We started with group shots.
Then moved on to couple shots...
Even for those whose date couldn't make it - we missed you Elizabeth!
Samantha and Hadyn weren't the only ones getting married that day - can you spot the white tent down in the valley?
While we were enjoying our cocktails, the photographer and wedding party were working hard :)
Here's a close up of the cute photographer during the wedding...
I bet this pic turns out great - can't wait to see the professional ones!
Moving on to the party! The reception was held right inside at the mid-mountain restaurant called "The Couloir." It is new (at least to us, it has only been there about 2 years) and it's beautiful!
To start, we headed for the bar...
While the bride changed into her cowboy boots for their big entry and the first dance!
We took some more photos....
Then spent the rest of the night dancing :)
Let's see...what else?! There was a pretty (and delicious) cake...I'm sorry I put my camera down for dancing and missed the cake cutting - oops!
When all the fun was over, we rode the gondola back down the mountain....
Had one more drink at the bottom with the bride and groom...
And called it a night!
We had such an amazing time - thank you Hadyn and Samantha for such a great trip! We love you! Matt is already planning our next trip to Jackson - anybody want to join us?
